The Pool Club is staffed by a diverse team, including pool valets, hosts, and locker room attendants, all working together to create a welcoming atmosphere. The club is committed to upholding company policies strictly to maintain a pleasant and risk-free environment for everyone who visits. This is a full-time management position overseeing the daily operations and staffing to ensure seamless service throughout all areas of the facility.
The Pool Club Manager plays an essential role as the frontline leader responsible for supervising and managing a large team of 30 to 40 employees across multiple locations within the establishment. The successful candidate will be tasked with training and developing team members, managing schedules, and conducting interviews to recruit top talent for the Recreation team. This role requires someone who can enthusiastically deliver extraordinary service with a positive and friendly attitude, while also effectively enforcing safety rules and company policies. Certification in First Aid and CPR is mandatory, underscoring the importance of safety knowledge in this role. Overall, this career opportunity is well-suited for a motivated and organized individual with previous management experience in recreation or hospitality settings, who is passionate about fostering a safe and enjoyable pool environment.
