Candidates should be proficient in the primary language of the workplace with strong verbal and written communication skills and possess moderate computer proficiency. Certifications in First Aid and CPR are mandatory, reflecting the importance of health and safety knowledge in this role. - Three years minimum management experience
- Ability to supervise, direct, and manage a staff of 30 to 40 employees at once in multiple locations
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must possess moderate computer skills
- First Aid and CPR certified

Job Duties
- Train, develop and support pool valets, hosts, locker room attendants
- Create schedules and direct work assignments
- Interview and select top talent for the Pool Club Recreation team
- Provide guidance for improvement and implement necessary adjustments for consistency
- Attend mandatory meetings including divisional meetings, departmental meetings, and staff meetings
- Responsible for the care, maintenance, and inventory of all equipment used
- Monitor use of the facility and address and/or report potential hazards
- Understand, follow, and enforce all company policies and procedures
- Perform related duties as required/assigned by the Recreation Manager
