Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- customer service experience preferred
- CPR and basic first aid certification required
Job Qualifications
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to resort guests
- ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time in uncertain conditions
- ability to swim, operate motorized and non-motorized water craft and exhibit control in emergency situations
Job Duties
- Greet guests immediately with a sincere and friendly welcome
- assist guests with their needs related to the pool area
- respond to guest requests, comments and concerns in a timely manner
- maintain cleanliness of general pool area, including emptying used towel bins, organizing pool furniture, collecting towels and neatly arranging the pool towel storage shelves
- confirm guest registration prior to issuing resort property
- responsible for monitoring product inventory in order to minimize the loss of resort property
- report all suspicious persons or activities, hazardous conditions, etc. to the security department
- attend all mandatory meetings
- provide general public assistance, instruction and/or guidance for guests
- keep work area neat and organized
- complete all other duties as assigned by supervisor
