Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in food and beverage setting
- Ability to work physically outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods and lift heavy items
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to provide exceptional guest service
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Proficient English language skills
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years supervisory experience in food and beverage related role
- Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
- Capability to stand continuously up to 8 hours and lift up to 50lbs
- Strong willingness to provide service to guests, residents, and peers
- Good organizational and teamwork skills
- Ability to function well under pressure and prioritize tasks
- High work ethic and sense of responsibility
- Preferred experience in luxury hotel or resort
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multi-task in a high volume environment
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and oral English
Job Duties
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the pool deck
- Direct attendants, servers, and bartenders
- Assist guests and residents as needed
- Ensure adherence to Four Seasons standards of pool service and food and beverage service
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and staff meal breaks
- Review daily arrivals to properly handle V.I.P., resident, returning guests, and groups
- Maintain poolside safety and compliance with health department regulations
- Assist other departments in resolving problems and handling guest complaints
