Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- knowledge of safety rules and health standards
- ability to perform physical tasks including standing and walking for extended periods
- excellent communication skills
- positive and professional attitude
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Coordinate food orders from servers at kitchen line
- pick up and serve items ordered to each guest by seat
- perform side service functions as required
- report product shortages and equipment needs to supervisor
- know venue floorplan and seat/table numbers
- greet guests warmly and promptly
- be familiar with the menu and preparation of items
- deliver food quickly and accurately
- collect and dispose of used dishware and service items
- complete assigned side work and daily tasks
- maintain cleanliness and stock supplies
- report catering inconsistencies to Chef
- remove trash from bar, storage, and surroundings
- collect warehouse orders and restock shelves
- organize lounge chairs and tables
- restock linens throughout the day
- deliver pool linens to designated areas
