Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent may be required
- food safety certification may be required
- previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred
- experience with cash handling and POS systems
- knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and restaurant operations
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests and address their needs effectively
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism

- ability to stand for long periods and walk throughout the shift

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- present menus and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, or specials
- take customer orders accurately and ensure special requests are communicated to the kitchen and bar
- serve food and beverages efficiently and in accordance with restaurant standards
- ensure all food and drink orders are presented neatly and with the correct garnishes
- offer recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience
- provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner
