Job Requirements

  • Must follow grooming and appearance code as outlined in employee handbook
  • Must be extremely organized and able to expedite multiple orders with attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain a pleasant disposition under stress
  • Strong working knowledge of the micros ordering system
  • Ability to lift moderate weights and stand for prolonged periods
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to listen, speak and write English clearly
  • Ability to identify and resolve conflicts
  • Must maintain good safety habits and report unsafe conditions
  • Must promote excellent guest relations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of fine dining service etiquette
  • Familiarity with food and beverage menus and ingredients
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to operate POS and ordering systems

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a professional, warm and friendly manner
  • Serve food to guests ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Maintain complete knowledge of fine dining service etiquette and menu items
  • Attend staff meetings, pre-shifts, and training sessions
  • Communicate with FOH manager and culinary team
  • Complete opening and closing side-work responsibilities
  • Close guest check transactions accurately in the POS system
