Job Requirements
- Must follow grooming and appearance code as outlined in employee handbook
- Must be extremely organized and able to expedite multiple orders with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a pleasant disposition under stress
- Strong working knowledge of the micros ordering system
- Ability to lift moderate weights and stand for prolonged periods
- Good communication skills
- Ability to listen, speak and write English clearly
- Ability to identify and resolve conflicts
- Must maintain good safety habits and report unsafe conditions
- Must promote excellent guest relations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of fine dining service etiquette
- Familiarity with food and beverage menus and ingredients
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to operate POS and ordering systems
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a professional, warm and friendly manner
- Serve food to guests ensuring a positive dining experience
- Maintain complete knowledge of fine dining service etiquette and menu items
- Attend staff meetings, pre-shifts, and training sessions
- Communicate with FOH manager and culinary team
- Complete opening and closing side-work responsibilities
- Close guest check transactions accurately in the POS system
