As a Pool Server at Conrad Los Angeles, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding guest service in one of the hotel's premier recreational areas—the rooftop pool deck. This position involves serving food and beverages to guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and seamless. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of serving experience, preferably with exposure to luxury hospitality environments. You should possess a foundational understanding of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and proper etiquette. Knowledge of appropriate table settings, service ware, and menu items is essential. Key responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, accurately taking and inputting orders via the Point of Sale system, delivering food and beverages efficiently, and providing attentive service while adhering to all relevant liquor laws and hotel policies.

Pool Servers must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and able to stand and walk throughout an eight-hour shift. The role requires the ability to carry large trays weighing up to 40 pounds through crowded spaces and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
