Four Seasons Hotel Austin is currently seeking a skilled Pool Server to join their dynamic Food and Beverage Team. This role is integral to delivering a top-tier poolside dining experience that goes beyond simply serving food and drinks. The Pool Server is expected to have a keen eye for detail, ensuring the outdoor pool area remains pristine, greeting guests warmly, efficiently delivering orders, setting up lounges, anticipating guest needs, and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of all menu and cocktail offerings. The position requires a personable and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury hotel environment and is passionate about elevating every guest interaction.

Job Requirements
- valid TABC certification
- valid Food Handlers certification
- one to two years experience in food and beverage preferred
- knowledge of MICROS point of sale system preferred
- work authorization in the United States
- flexible availability to work various shifts
- excellent communication and customer service skills
