The opportunity is for a Pool & Bahia Server who possesses a passion for excellence and a natural enthusiasm for providing outstanding service. This role is integral to shaping the guests' experiences by ensuring every visitor receives impeccable service that aligns with Four Seasons' high standards. The Server will be responsible for anticipating guests’ needs and providing detailed knowledge of the food and beverage offerings, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless, pleasurable dining experience in this unique poolside and bar setting.

The role requires the ability to assess the needs of the guests by expertly describing menu items and preparation methods. Servers are expected to deliver high-quality service marked by professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency. This is a dynamic role that demands excellent communication skills, the ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a strong familiarity with food and beverage operations. Physical stamina is essential as the position involves standing and walking for extended periods and lifting items up to 20 pounds.
