Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of food service or related hospitality experience
- Ability to carry and balance trays safely and efficiently
- Proficiency in processing payments and using point-of-sale systems
- Reading, writing, and verbal proficiency in English
- A warm, service-oriented approach aligned with Four Seasons standards

Job Duties
- Provide detailed, engaging descriptions of all food and beverage items, including ingredients, flavors, and preparation methods
- Enter guest orders into the point-of-sale system accurately, communicating special requests to the culinary team and ensuring proper timing and delivery
- Compare completed kitchen orders with the original guest order and deliver items promptly to maintain food quality and presentation
- Anticipate guest needs, assess satisfaction, offer recommendations, and respond swiftly and professionally to concerns or requests
- Properly close guest checks, process cash and credit card payments, and ensure accurate handling of voids and complimentary items
- Regularly walk the pool areas to offer amenities, refreshments, and support guest comfort
- Collaborate harmoniously with coworkers and supervisors and uphold all Four Seasons Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
- Assist with guest greeting and seating during peak business periods
