Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of food service or related hospitality experience
  • Ability to carry and balance trays safely and efficiently
  • Proficiency in processing payments and using point-of-sale systems
  • Reading, writing, and verbal proficiency in English
  • A warm, service-oriented approach aligned with Four Seasons standards

Job Duties

  • Provide detailed, engaging descriptions of all food and beverage items, including ingredients, flavors, and preparation methods
  • Enter guest orders into the point-of-sale system accurately, communicating special requests to the culinary team and ensuring proper timing and delivery
  • Compare completed kitchen orders with the original guest order and deliver items promptly to maintain food quality and presentation
  • Anticipate guest needs, assess satisfaction, offer recommendations, and respond swiftly and professionally to concerns or requests
  • Properly close guest checks, process cash and credit card payments, and ensure accurate handling of voids and complimentary items
  • Regularly walk the pool areas to offer amenities, refreshments, and support guest comfort
  • Collaborate harmoniously with coworkers and supervisors and uphold all Four Seasons Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
  • Assist with guest greeting and seating during peak business periods
