We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Casual Dining Server to join our culinary team. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a prestigious and vibrant dining scene within the hotel. The Casual Dining Server will create memorable dining experiences by providing attentive and personalized service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. A thorough understanding of menu offerings, including daily specials and wine pairings, is essential to enhance guest interactions. Collaboration with the kitchen team to deliver accurate orders promptly is a critical part of the role. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area while adhering to health and safety guidelines is also required. Additionally, the server will engage with guests, answer menu-related questions, handle inquiries or concerns professionally, and contribute positively to the team environment. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous serving experience in a casual dining environment
excellent communication skills
knowledge of food safety and handling
