Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in similar role or industry is a plus
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to provide excellent customer service in high-paced environment
- must adhere to local and state alcohol service laws
- ability to plan organize develop implement and interpret Club programs goals objectives policies procedures
- available to work flexible shifts and overtime if necessary
- available for emergency and scheduled work on evenings weekends or holidays
- physical ability to stand bend and carry trays for extended periods
- able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation

Job Duties
- Prepares side stations and completes assigned prep work before service
- greets members and guests upon arrival assisting with seating arrangements
- distributes food and wine menus answering questions about the offerings
- takes and serves drink orders offering suggestions
- serves ordered drinks promptly
- takes and processes food and beverage orders communicating special instructions
- regularly refills beverages attends to guest needs
- serves meal courses in correct order as per Club standards
- checks in with members and guests to ensure satisfaction
- clears soiled dishes and maintains clean dining area
- presents dessert menus makes recommendations
- ensures accurate billing especially for special club members
- presents checks verifies and collects signed tickets
- keeps tables dining rooms and bus stations clean and organized
- addresses and reports guest complaints promptly
- performs assigned clean-up and closing duties
- attends pre-service meetings as required
- thanks guests inviting them to return
- follows all local state and Club-specific alcohol service policies
- works scheduled shifts punctually
- follows CCM mission and values providing best quality service
