We are currently seeking a professional Server to join our dedicated team. This position is integral to maintaining the high standards of service that our members and guests have come to expect. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering top-tier service by efficiently managing food and beverage orders, providing attentive table service, and ensuring an outstanding dining experience from start to finish. This role demands excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

As a Server, you will prepare side stations and complete assigned prep work before service begins, greet members and guests warmly upon arrival, assist with seating arrangements, and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. You will take orders accurately and enter them into the point-of-sale system with any special instructions, serve meal courses in the correct sequence, and attend to guests' needs throughout their visit. Ensuring that all beverages except water are served promptly and maintaining a clean dining area by clearing dishes and organizing tables are key responsibilities.

You will also play a crucial role in handling billing accurately, especially for members of the Club’s special beverage groups such as Vintner or Brewers clubs, and verifying signed tickets at the end of shifts. Problem resolution is an important part of your duties, requiring you to promptly address and report any guest complaints to supervisors while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor. Your commitment to following all local, state, and Club-specific policies, particularly those concerning the responsible service of alcohol, will contribute to a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

This role requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, as well as potential overtime. Physical stamina is necessary as the position involves standing for extended periods, bending, and carrying trays, sometimes weighing up to 50 pounds. A background in customer service or a similar role is preferred, combined with a high school diploma or equivalent.
