Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for long periods
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- previous high volume and fine dining experience preferred
- knowledge of menu and beverage offerings
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and stay organized
- physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Job Duties
- work closely with all team members contributing to a positive work environment
- demonstrate knowledge of the menu, bar and grill, hotel and surrounding area
- understand and utilize the steps of service
- accurately take orders, confirm special requests and upsell
- inspect all food and beverage for accuracy and presentation before delivering
- follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction responding proactively to any customer needs
- maintain a clean, safe and healthy work environment
- operate with a clean as you go and pre-buss work ethic
- complete all opening and closing side work
