The role of Guest Service Expert at The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa is a full-time, seasonal position focused on enhancing the dining experience by ensuring guests receive attentive, friendly service accompanied by efficient handling of food and beverage operations. The position is designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic settings and are passionate about hospitality, with the role demanding open availability to accommodate varying shifts. As a Guest Service Expert, you will play a vital part in providing an inviting atmosphere by setting tables, coordinating with kitchen staff, serving food and drinks, and maintaining cleanliness and order. More than just delivering food, this role involves creating memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits and positive reviews. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism in personal appearance and communication while adhering to safety and quality standards.

This role requires being active on your feet for extended periods, managing various tasks that include lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds independently (and up to 50 pounds with assistance), as well as performing physical movements such as bending and stooping. The Guest Service Expert contributes significantly to the overall guest experience, requiring a hands-on, proactive approach and teamwork skills.
