This job opportunity is with the Excalibur Pool team as an on-call, part-time Receptionist position. Working as a receptionist at this vibrant and dynamic resort pool, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests upon arrival. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to greet and assist guests promptly and professionally, ensuring their experience is positive right from the start. You will handle multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently to appropriate departments or personnel to enhance communication. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing general email correspondence from both guests and staff, scheduling conference calls and meetings for office personnel, and maintaining the office space by coordinating any necessary equipment repairs. Close collaboration with other functional departments will be essential, as will maintaining the tidy appearance of the reception area.

The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years old, with a preference for those who have prior experience as a receptionist in a pool or related environment.
