- experience as a pool guest receptionist or lifeguard preferred
- experience in a similar resort setting preferred
- must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations
Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests upon entering the pool area, answering inquiries and telephone calls
- take and manage cabana reservations, ensuring a seamless experience for guests
- operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process payments for cabana reservations
- manage and respond to email inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication
- demonstrate regular and punctual attendance as an integral function of the job
- proactively welcome and thank guests, identifying and taking ownership of service opportunities
- handle cash transactions, cabana reservations, and guest interactions in a reliable and professional manner
- maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and tidiness of pool and recreation areas consistently
- regularly check equipment and tools to ensure proper handling and adherence to safety guidelines
- fulfill any other related duties as assigned
