  • experience as a pool guest receptionist or lifeguard preferred
  • experience in a similar resort setting preferred
  • must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist guests upon entering the pool area, answering inquiries and telephone calls
  • take and manage cabana reservations, ensuring a seamless experience for guests
  • operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process payments for cabana reservations
  • manage and respond to email inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication
  • demonstrate regular and punctual attendance as an integral function of the job
  • proactively welcome and thank guests, identifying and taking ownership of service opportunities
  • handle cash transactions, cabana reservations, and guest interactions in a reliable and professional manner
  • maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and tidiness of pool and recreation areas consistently
  • regularly check equipment and tools to ensure proper handling and adherence to safety guidelines
  • fulfill any other related duties as assigned
