Thompson Houston is seeking passionate and dedicated colleagues to join its pool recreation team. The Pool Public Area Attendant plays a critical role in maintaining the impeccable standards expected in this luxury environment. This position involves replenishing guest supplies, performing thorough cleaning of all pool public areas, maintaining cleanliness of pool furniture and the pool deck, and restocking supplies and towels. The role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- physical ability to perform manual tasks
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
