This current opportunity is for a Guest Services Concierge role, which serves as the hospital27s Director of First Impression. The Concierge is the welcoming face of the hospital and plays a pivotal role in addressing the initial needs of patients and their family members with empathy and efficiency. Acting as the primary liaison, the Concierge provides accurate information and maintains seamless communication with supporting departments to enhance the overall patient and visitor experience. Exceptional customer service skills and a positive interpersonal approach are crucial, as this role involves interacting with patients across all age groups, family members, community participants, and hospital staff. The Guest Services Concierge is tasked with acknowledging, greeting, and assisting visitors while upholding the hospital27s reputation through courteous and helpful interactions that create a lasting positive impact.
The position demands strong verbal communication skills and the ability to facilitate immediate and appropriate solutions in response to complaints, problems, or special needs. Coordination of guest services within the reception area is a significant responsibility, contributing to smooth operational flow and patient satisfaction. This role offers an estimated pay range starting at $17.50 per hour, with variability depending on shift schedules. Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel
