This prestigious establishment is committed to providing a welcoming environment for both its guests and employees, emphasizing equal employment opportunities and inclusivity across all levels of the organization.

The Pool Model Barback position at Palms Casino Resort plays a vital support role within the poolside bar operations. Working closely with the Pool Management Team and bartenders, the Barback ensures that bar outlets are impeccably clean, well-organized, and consistently stocked with all necessary supplies and beverages. This role demands a high level of attention to detail and efficiency to maintain smooth bar service and enhance the guest experience in a bustling pool environment. The Pool Model Barback is responsible for a variety of tasks including cleaning and maintaining equipment, ensuring proper labeling and stocking of alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages, and garnishes, and delivering supplies from the warehouse to the bars as assigned.

The position requires adherence to all federal, state, and local laws, especially those related to alcohol service and health safety. Occasionally, the Barback may serve drinks and must accurately ring beverages and handle cash in compliance with all cash handling procedures. The role also involves proactive communication, responding courteously and efficiently to guest needs and inquiries, as well as resolving minor guest complaints or escalating issues as necessary.

The Barback must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds, perform repetitive movements, and maintain prolonged periods of standing or mobility. Working hours may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic schedule typical within the hospitality industry.

Palms Casino Resort is dedicated to fostering a supportive work environment centered on the growth and well-being of its team members.
