The Pool Host/Hostess role at Four Seasons Baltimore Waterfront is integral to the guest experience, serving as the first point of contact for pool guests. Pool Hosts/Hostesses must maintain a detailed station chart and manage cover counts to ensure the restaurant operates within its capacity while delivering exceptional service.
