The role available at Baptist Health involves performing daily project assignments related to the cleaning and maintenance of both hard floors and carpets throughout the healthcare facilities. Job Duties

  • Perform daily floor cleaning and maintenance assignments throughout the facility
  • strip and refinish floors to maintain appearance and safety
  • dispose of bio-medical and hazardous waste according to regulated guidelines
  • deliver exceptional service to patients, guests, and staff through cleanliness and professionalism
  • maintain compliance with safety protocols to handle hazardous materials and infectious diseases
  • ensure continuous upkeep and cleanliness in high-traffic areas
  • report any maintenance or safety issues encountered during duties
