With an extensive network that includes 12 hospitals, over 29,000 employees, 4,500 physicians, and 200 outpatient centers, urgent care facilities, and physician practices, Baptist Health stands as a pillar of medical excellence in South Florida. This organization is recognized nationally for its centers of excellence in cancer care, cardiovascular health, orthopedics and sports medicine, and neurosciences. Their faith-based mission drives their commitment to delivering compassionate care, supported by philanthropic efforts that enhance patient outcomes and community health.
Baptist Health’s reputation is bolstered by 26 consecutive years of being named one of Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For. In the 2025-2026 U.S. News & World Report Best Hospital Rankings, Baptist Health distinguished itself as the most awarded healthcare system in South Florida, earning 63 high-performing honors. This recognition reflects their dedication to both clinical quality and the overall patient experience.
What truly sets Baptist Health apart is its people. The organization fosters a culture of personal connection, where employees form meaningful relationships with colleagues and patients alike. Many team members share common experiences with their patients, which fuels their compassion and commitment to quality care. Baptist Health embraces purpose-driven work, where each employee contributes to making a positive impact on the lives of those they serve. The culture here encourages not just professional excellence but also a deep sense of belonging and teamwork.
In line with its commitment to employee growth, Baptist Health promotes a "grow our own" philosophy. This approach focuses on nurturing talent through robust career development opportunities, clear pathways for advancement, and continuous support throughout employees’ careers. The organization offers comprehensive health and wellness resources that go beyond traditional coverage, including a wellness program that helps employees reduce medical plan deductibles, supporting their financial and physical well-being. Tuition reimbursement programs are also available to encourage continued education and professional development.
The role being offered is a vital part of maintaining the clean, safe, and attractive environment crucial to providing excellent healthcare. This position involves performing cleaning duties in public areas, patient rooms, surgical suites, ancillary and administrative offices, and physician areas. Candidates will be responsible for ensuring these spaces meet the high cleanliness standards expected at Baptist Health, enhancing safety and comfort for staff, patients, physicians, and visitors.
