Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of relevant experience
  • Food safety certification within 90 days of hire
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safety in food handling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow standardized recipes and procedures

  • One year of trade school or vocational schooling preferred
  • Proven ability to follow food preparation standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare and produce food for patient and guest meals
  • Follow standardized recipes and daily production charts
  • Ensure food quality, quantity, nutrition, appearance, temperature, and timeliness requirements are met
  • Adhere to HACCP procedures to maintain food safety
  • Use standard food preparation equipment and measuring devices appropriately
  • Maintain sanitation and safety standards in food handling and equipment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
