Job Description

The Pool Concierge position at a resort is responsible for maintaining the pool area, ensuring it is clean, functional, and guest-friendly. The role involves tasks such as removing used towels, arranging furniture, handling guest amenities, making reservations, and assisting with the general upkeep of the pool area.

Job Requirements

Must be at least 17 years old
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service skills preferred
Must speak fluent English
Strong communication skills to interact with people
Must be hospitable
Must possess good listening and problem-solving skills
Must be able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to remain calm and professional in a stressful situation
