Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • CPR and first aid certified
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
  • Ability to stand for minimum of 4 hours at a time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to proficiently use a computer and tablet
  • Ability to work outside in the summer months for a minimum of 4 hours at a time

Job Qualifications

  • Preferred minimum of 6 months reception experience
  • Lifeguard certifications within 60 days of hire

Job Duties

  • Greets and admits members and guests into the outdoor pool and validates member and guest access to pool through pool memberships and guest passports
  • Completes various pool deck duties such as providing wristbands for junior members and guests, handing out towels, and basic upkeep of space around you
  • Provides professional greeting and account maintenance for members and guests
  • Proactively meets the needs of members and accurately answers questions about Life Time products and services
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of pool deck areas
  • Assists with the coordination of guest access and membership validation
  • Uses computer and tablet systems to manage access and member information
