Additionally, this role involves several pool deck responsibilities like distributing wristbands to junior members and guests, handing out towels, and maintaining safety and cleanliness around the pool area. This opportunity is a non-exempt, hourly role that starts with a competitive wage ranging between $16.50 and $19.50 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.

This position demands someone with a strong service orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor environment, particularly during summer months. The Pool Concierge needs to be proactive in meeting member needs, handling inquiries with accuracy, and ensuring all pool guests have a safe and enjoyable experience.
