Job Requirements
- Must be available to work weekends consistently
- Must be able to withstand heat and outdoor conditions for extended periods
- Must pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Additional coursework or training in hospitality or customer service preferred

Job Duties
- Maintain a strong, professional presence in the pool area at all times
- Set up and organize pool furniture, umbrellas, and amenities
- Monitor access to the pool area and enforce community rules
- Keep the pool deck clean, orderly, and free of debris throughout the shift
- Provide towels, refreshments, or amenities if applicable to the property
- Assist residents with basic requests and provide a hospitality-driven experience
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or rule violations to management
- Ensure all pool areas are properly reset at the end of each shift
