We are currently seeking energetic, friendly, and professional individuals to join us as Pool Concierges, tasked with delivering outstanding service to our residents and guests at our outdoor community pools and amenity areas. This is a dynamic role that requires a blend of hospitality expertise, safety awareness, and interpersonal skills to ensure that every visitor enjoys a safe, pleasant, and memorable experience. The Pool Concierge acts as the welcoming face of our community at the poolside, responsible for access management, rule enforcement, and creating a supportive environment where residents and their guests can relax and enjoy their leisure time.

Both part-time and full-time shifts are available, along with competitive pay and exciting performance-based rewards. The role is ideally suited for those who are passionate about hospitality and customer service, enjoy working outdoors, and are capable of managing responsibilities in a proactive and efficient manner. In addition to providing exceptional guest service, Pool Concierges are entrusted with critical safety oversight, including enforcing pool rules and regulations, managing crowd control, and responding promptly to any safety concerns.

This position also involves physical activity, requiring standing or continuous motion for extended periods, as well as occasional lifting of objects up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be able to endure working outdoors in warm temperatures of over 90 degrees Fahrenheit. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and self-motivated with an ability to think clearly and make decisions under pressure. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a neat, professional appearance are essential for success.
