Job Requirements

Must be available to work weekends consistently
Must be able to withstand heat and outdoor conditions for extended periods
Must pass a background check
High school diploma or equivalent required
Additional coursework or training in hospitality or customer service preferred

Job Qualifications

Prior hospitality, customer service, or pool attendant experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Reliable and able to work independently
Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods

Job Duties

Maintain a strong, professional presence in the pool area at all times
Set up and organize pool furniture, umbrellas, and amenities
Monitor access to the pool area and enforce community rules
Keep the pool deck clean, orderly, and free of debris throughout the shift
Provide towels, refreshments, or amenities if applicable to the property
Assist residents with basic requests and provide a hospitality-driven experience
Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or rule violations to management
Ensure all pool areas are properly reset at the end of each shift
