Job Qualifications

Minimum one-year previous cocktailing experience is preferred
Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift
Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner
Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills

Job Duties

Completes pre, running, and post shift side work requirements
Ability to serve a wide variety of alcoholic beverages accurately and quickly
Understanding of call order of drinks
Knowledge of drink pricing
Knowledge of mixology
Ability to exercise good judgment in determining potentially intoxicated guests
Knowledge of all coupons and specials, including comp rules for player card levels
Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and Team members
