Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in bartending or customer service preferred
- Must be able to work Thursday through Sunday
- Must be able to obtain Food Handlers and TABC certification
- Must have strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to handle exposure to varying weather and hazardous chemicals
- Commitment to providing exceptional guest service and adhering to safety policies

- Must have or be able to obtain Food Handlers and TABC certification
- Willingness to perform all duties assigned by management
- Ability to lift, pull, push 50lbs or more
- Ability to walk and stand up to 10 or more hours per shift
Job Duties
- Serve properly mixed and proportioned drinks in a timely manner to guests and servers
- Have excellent working knowledge of liquors, beers and wines
- Upsell and suggestive sell food and beverage to guests
- Requisition and restock bar with essential products and equipment
- Monitor environment in room including temperature, lighting, music, televisions
- Observe and adhere to all liquor liability laws
- Check identification of guests ensuring legal drinking age
- Monitor alcohol intake of guests prohibiting sale to intoxicated patrons
- Serve guests table side in lounge and/or restaurant as needed
- Communicate with guests and respond to feedback positively resolving service issues
