  • Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued
  • Serve beverages and food promptly accurately and courteously following standard recipes and portion control
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the beverage menu ingredients and other hotel outlets to confidently answer guest questions and make recommendations
  • Prepare stock and maintain the bar including garnishes perishables and supplies based on daily projections
  • Handle cash and register transactions accurately ensuring accountability for all beverages served
  • Check guests for proper identification and manage guest inebriation according to training and local liquor laws
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding areas adhering to operating procedures
  • Promote Hilton services and facilities to guests and suppliers
  • Take personal responsibility for guest satisfaction resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate effectively with team members providing support and clear communication
  • Follow all safety procedures and report any accidents or incidents to management
  • Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned by management
