We are currently seeking a motivated and personable Bartender to join our Food and Beverage team at the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. This part-time position offers an hourly rate of $23.40, and requires flexibility to work daytime and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays. The Bartender plays a crucial role in providing exceptional beverage service to hotel guests and restaurant patrons, enhancing the luxury experience through attentive and efficient service that adheres to both Four Seasons standards and local alcohol regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with a confident and outgoing demeanor. They will demonstrate a genuine passion for guest service and be able to maintain a professional appearance while working in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include greeting guests promptly and courteously, preparing and serving beverages quickly and efficiently, and ensuring every detail of service is performed to perfection. Knowledge of the Micros point-of-sale system is essential, as is the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours. Additional duties may include assisting during the absence of pool servers, contributing to a seamless service operation throughout the venue.
