Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or bar service preferred
- Ability to work full-time hours
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Capability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Willingness to complete safety training and certifications
- Maintain professional and clean personal appearance
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting preferred
- Knowledge of drink preparation and service standards
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of safety and security policies
- Physical capability to perform job demands
- Ability to follow company standards and guidelines
Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and tools
- Clean all equipment and areas
- Lock doors after closing
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas including ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- Prepare drink orders according to specified recipes using measuring systems
- Issue, open, and serve wine and champagne bottles
- Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
- Transport supplies to bar set-up area
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
- Process all payment methods
- Count banks at end of shift and complete cashier reports
- Resolve any discrepancies and secure bank
- Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas
- Follow company and safety policies and report incidents
- Welcome and acknowledge guests and anticipate their needs
- Maintain professional communication and positive team relationships
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds
- Stand or walk for extended periods
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
