Daily responsibilities also include managing bar glassware and bottles, restocking supplies with proper rotation, and maintaining organized storage areas such as the beer cooler and wine cellar.

This position requires attention to detail during monthly inventories and the development of standardized product lists and ingredient menus distributed to bar personnel. The Bartender will embody professionalism in appearance and behavior, be alert to safety concerns, and promptly report any accidents, maintenance issues, or suspicious activities. Other duties include completing required training courses, performing side work duties such as opening and closing tasks, and assisting with any additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
