Job Duties
- Assist bartenders by restocking all bar supplies including liquor mixers and glassware
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area including wiping down surfaces and washing bar tools and equipment
- Prepare garnishes and ensure they are fresh and readily available for bartenders
- Keep ice bins stocked and assist with beverage preparation during peak hours
- Remove and dispose of trash and empty bottles as needed throughout the shift
- Ensure all beverage storage areas are well organized and properly stocked
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar for service
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the Bar Manager or Supervisor
- Respond to bartender requests quickly and efficiently to ensure uninterrupted service
