The company is focused on maintaining high standards in beverage service while nurturing a positive work environment for its staff. As a full-time seasonal opportunity, this position provides a chance for individuals to gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry, enhance their customer service skills, and contribute to a lively team setting.
The Full-time Seasonal Barback role is a critical support position within the Pool Bar operations. The barback assists bartenders by maintaining cleanliness, organizing work areas, and ensuring that the bar is stocked and ready for service. Responsibilities include stocking liquor bottles and glassware, assisting with requisitions, and helping bartenders and cocktail servers with their service duties. Candidates must be able to work both AM and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays, and maintain a flexible schedule to meet business needs. In addition, the role requires the ability to stand for extended periods and possess current TABC and Food Handler's licenses. Prior experience as a barback is preferred but not mandatory. The ideal candidate remains calm and courteous under pressure, focuses on the needs of bartenders and servers, and makes effective decisions quickly. Safety and cleanliness in the work area are also key priorities, ensuring an efficient and hazard-free environment. This role is perfect for individuals looking to develop their hospitality careers while supporting an energetic and guest-focused bar team.
