Job Requirements
- bartending experience preferred but not required
- ability to multitask in fast-paced, outdoor setting
- weekend and holiday availability
- willing to work on feet for entire shift
- physically able to reach, crouch, and bend as needed
- adhere to dress code including close-toed shoes and pants
- follow food handling guidelines including keeping hair up and neatly trimmed fingernails
- able to work independently or as part of a team
- able to handle a busy and hectic environment
Job Qualifications
- outgoing personality and love for people
- bartending experience preferred but not required

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- comfortable operating point of sale systems
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

Job Duties
- Craft and serve cocktails, beers, and frozen favorites
- create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests lounging poolside
- keep the bar area clean, stocked, and summer-ready
- deliver excellent customer service with a smile
- engage with customers while operating a point of sale machine or cash register
- clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, equipment, or other items at the start or end of the shift
- work independently or in a team in a busy outdoor environment
