Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- bartending experience preferred but not required
- weekend and holiday availability
- ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as reaching, crouching, and bending
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- compliance with dress code including close-toed shoes and pants
- willingness to comply with GMP guidelines including maintaining hair and fingernail hygiene
Job Qualifications
- Experience in bartending preferred
- outgoing personality with a love for people
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced outdoor setting
- strong customer service skills
- teamwork and communication skills
- knowledge of safe food handling practices
- ability to operate point of sale systems
Job Duties
- Craft and serve cocktails, beers, and frozen favorites
- create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests lounging poolside
- keep the bar area clean, stocked, and summer-ready
- deliver excellent customer service with a smile
- work independently or in a team to mix, prepare, serve, or transport alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- engage with customers while operating a point of sale machine or cash register in a professional and courteous manner
- clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, equipment, or other items at the start or end of your shift
