The Recreation Attendant warmly welcomes guests, orients them with the available amenities, and assists with pool equipment like lounge chairs, umbrellas, cabanas, and daybeds to exceed guest satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness and proper stocking of the pool area and related equipment according to departmental standards. Additional responsibilities include acting as a food runner to assist servers in delivering food to pool guests and ensuring order presentation and accuracy. The Recreation Attendant plays a critical role in upholding safety and hygiene standards by wearing appropriate protective footwear, reporting potential safety hazards or maintenance issues, and complying with OSHA policies including proper use of personal protective equipment. \n\nThe ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, discretion with confidential information, and a commitment to exceptional guest service. The job requires physical stamina, including standing and walking for extended periods, lifting and moving heavy objects, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments under varying weather conditions.
