The Pool Attendant position at CENTURY GOLF PARTNERS MANAGEMENT is an hourly, working role designed to ensure an outstanding guest experience in the pool area of the club. This role is crucial for providing concierge services and assisting members and guests in accordance with the Club's high standards of service. As the primary point of contact upon arrival to the pool, the Pool Attendant plays an essential role in member engagement and overall satisfaction. The responsibilities include greeting members and guests, checking membership or guest registrations, managing towel service, maintaining cleanliness, and addressing any concerns or requests to enhance the poolside experience.
This position requires a professional who excels in customer service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are vital for success in this role. The position also demands physical endurance as it involves standing, walking, lifting up to 30 pounds, and working outdoors in varying temperatures, particularly during peak summer months with exposure to environmental elements.

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to all members and pool guests
- report unauthorized guests to management in and/or around the club facilities
- collect lost and found items and deliver valuable items such as phones, wallets, etc. to pool supervisor or manager
- communicate with other department members and supervisors/managers on any guest issues
- perform other duties as assigned
- greet all members and guests upon entering the pool area
- properly check in members, register guests, and charge guest fees according to club policies
- ensure assigned towel and current number of chairs is offered to each member and guest upon arrival, escort members and guests to chairs, cover chairs and carry towels as needed
- assist members and guests with requests and concerns
- provide schedule of activities and other club information to members and guests upon request
- assist in making arrangements for dining reservations as requested
- assist in maintaining towel bin and racks to be kept presentable and fully stocked
- collect used towels from pool area to be taken to Laundry and replenish towel bin
- maintain cleanliness of the pool area, cleaning up trash, toys, beach areas and other duties as assigned
