As a full-service resort, it offers an exciting blend of hotel accommodations, gaming, dining, and entertainment options designed to provide guests with an exceptional and memorable experience. With a commitment to superior service and guest satisfaction, River Spirit Casino Resort maintains high standards of quality, comfort, and safety across all its facilities, including its luxurious hotel pool area.

The resort prides itself on creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests can relax, enjoy world-class amenities, and receive attentive service from a dedicated team of professionals. The property's focus on safety, cleanliness, and excellent guest care makes it an outstanding employer for individuals passionate about hospitality and guest services.

The Full-Time Pool Attendant and Lifeguard position at River Spirit Casino Resort is a vital role that combines guest safety with recreational supervision in the pool area. This role involves ensuring the pool environment is safe and clean while providing attentive service to the guests within the hotel's pool facilities. Key responsibilities include observing and patrolling the pool area, assisting swimmers in danger, greeting guests warmly, managing pool-side amenities such as towel distribution, and maintaining knowledge of the facility layout and operational hours of additional resort amenities. The individual in this role is expected to take ownership of guest concerns, seek to resolve issues swiftly, and maintain open communication with supervisors and other departments for an elevated guest experience.

In addition to guest-focused duties, the role requires knowledge and assistance with minor maintenance of pool equipment, continuous upkeep of cleanliness and organization around the pool deck, and ensuring that safety equipment such as buoys and barriers are correctly placed. Lifeguards at River Spirit Casino Resort must be proficient in emergency response techniques including CPR and first aid, and regularly participate in safety training programs to uphold the highest level of pool safety standards.

Working in this position involves a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, adapting to the operational demands of a busy resort environment. Candidates who thrive in this role are those who have lifeguard certification, prior pool or hotel experience, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to foster a safe, inviting, and friendly atmosphere for guests is essential.

By joining River Spirit Casino Resort, individuals become part of a dynamic team dedicated to hospitality excellence, safety, and guest satisfaction.
