The position offered is pool attendant, a vital role designed to ensure a clean, safe, and fun environment for all guests utilizing the pool and its surroundings. This full-time role requires a dedicated individual who can simultaneously offer excellent customer service and maintain the physical appeal and orderliness of the pool environment. As a pool attendant, you will be directly responsible for greeting guests promptly with a friendly attitude, assisting them with pool-related needs such as retrieving fresh towels, relocating chairs or umbrellas, and managing the issuance of recreational equipment. Maintaining the pool furniture and umbrellas in neat, visually appealing arrangements across all pool areas is a key part of your duties, in line with specific property procedures.

The role demands vigilant monitoring of equipment usage and pool facilities, with a strong focus on identifying and reporting any hazards immediately to maintain a secure atmosphere for all guests. Additionally, enforcing pool area policies to ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines is essential. Candidates should expect to work in a fast-paced team environment but must also be comfortable taking initiative and working independently. Job Duties

  • Greet all guests promptly and in a friendly manner

  • monitor the use of equipment and facilities and report hazards immediately
