- certification in first aid
- completion of required local and state safety trainings
- ability to move and lift objects up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Wash, scrub, and clean the pool area
- promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
- monitor recreational activities and respond to emergencies per local procedures
- enforce recreational facility rules
- identify and report unsafe guest participation situations
- assist injured guests until emergency services arrive
- handle towels following company standards
- report accidents and unsafe conditions
- complete required safety training and certifications
- comply with company safety policies
- maintain professional appearance and personal hygiene
- protect company information and property
- support coworkers respectfully
- contribute to team goals
- move and handle objects up to 25 pounds
- visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines
- work in various physical positions including bending, reaching, and moving safely across surfaces
- perform reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
