This part-time, non-management position at the UNFRAMED Autograph Collection involves support around the pool and recreational areas, maintaining cleanliness, and fostering an atmosphere of relaxation and enjoyment for guests. As a team member in this role, the individual will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness by washing, scrubbing, and cleaning the poolside area, and encouraging a positive and enthusiastic atmosphere. Monitoring recreational activities and appropriately responding to emergencies following local operational procedures is a key responsibility. Promoting and enforcing recreational facility rules ensures guest safety and enjoyment. Moreover, the employee must identify situations where guests might not safely participate in activities and promptly report these to supervisors or managers. Immediate assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive is essential.

Additional duties include handling towels according to company standards, reporting any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management, and completing required safety training and certifications. The role requires adherence to company safety policies, maintaining personal and uniform cleanliness, safeguarding company information and property, supporting coworkers respectfully, and contributing to team goals.

Physical aspects of the job include moving, lifting, pushing, pulling, and handling objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently, inspecting equipment visually for defects, and working in various positions such as reaching above head, bending, twisting, and moving across different surfaces safely. The ability to navigate stairs and ramps safely is also part of the requirements. This position demands flexibility in performing reasonable tasks assigned by supervisors.

Candidates are expected to have a high school diploma or equivalent, with no prior related experience or supervisory background required, making this an accessible opportunity for motivated individuals. Mandatory certifications include CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and first aid, along with any local and state-mandated training.
