Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Prior related experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays and alternate shifts
- Physical ability to perform duties including bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping, crawling and climbing
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or related field preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitization practices
- Understanding of safety and regulatory standards
- Strong interpersonal skills and guest service orientation
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests and attend to their pool-related needs including towel distribution and cabana rentals
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of the pool area and equipment
- Collect and replenish pool towels and monitor inventory
- Track pool towels assigned and returned by updating daily logs
- Focus on guest satisfaction scores and contribute to increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction
- Follow sustainability guidelines and practices under HHM's EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards
- Perform other duties as requested by management
