The Food & Beverage team at Oak Hill Country Club is currently seeking energetic, hospitality-focused individuals for the 2026 season to join the Pool Café and Snack Bar operations. This role is dynamic and fast-paced, perfect for candidates who thrive in environments where variety and flexibility are key. Team members will engage in a rotation of duties that include serving members poolside, taking accurate food and beverage orders via the POS system, preparing menu items such as sandwiches, burgers, wraps, and snacks, as well as mixing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The position demands a strong focus on delivering exceptional member and guest experiences, emphasizing friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail. This role requires availability through the end of the pool season, approximately November 2026, and is ideal for those who enjoy multitasking and delivering personalized service in a high-energy club setting. Staff work closely with culinary and beverage teams to ensure seamless service, maintain cleanliness and organization across service and dining areas, and assist with opening, closing, stocking, and side work duties. This seasonal position offers flexible scheduling including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for full-time hours throughout the season.
