Job Duties
- Ensure service procedures and standards are being executed by all pool and beach staff
- Ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, strong guest engagement skills to effectively develop a rapport and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests or residents
- Assist with the service and preparation of beverage and food to guests and amenities
