The available role is for a Server who will play a crucial part in sustaining the resort’s brand of exceptional quality service. This Server position is primarily responsible for interacting with guests, providing specialized food and beverage recommendations derived from extensive menu knowledge, and ensuring that every dining experience exceeds expectations. Delivering food and beverages promptly, with the appropriate presentation and temperature, falls under the Server’s responsibilities, along with conducting ongoing quality checks to address any guest concerns proactively. Additionally, duties include setup and breakdown of service areas and side stations, maintaining spotless serviceware, glassware, and silverware, and collaborating with the server assistant team to maintain efficient table turnover without compromising service quality.
Beyond the indoor restaurant setting, the Server will also manage outdoor service areas such as the pool and beach zones, maintaining these spaces organized, clean, and inviting with adherence to the resort’s standards for furniture arrangement and towel presentation. Job Requirements
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs safely, occasional heavier lifting with assistance
- frequent reaching, bending, and handling of trays and service items

- fluent in English spoken and written, additional languages preferred

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of prior restaurant, resort, or luxury hotel service experience
- knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixology preferred
- food safety certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
Job Duties
