Job Duties
- complete closing tasks such as storing reusable merchandise and dismantling displays
- clean all equipment and areas
- store equipment properly
- lock refrigerators securely
- replenish items
- turn off lights and lock doors
- complete daily cleaning checklist
- organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- inspect porcelain, glassware, and silverware before use
- maintain cleanliness throughout the day
- comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
- ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional
- protect company confidential information and assets
- support and respect coworkers
- assist the team in achieving common goals
- meet quality assurance standards
- move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- read and verify information visually in various formats
- grasp, turn, and manipulate objects with fine motor skills
- reach overhead and below knees, bend, twist, pull, and lean
- move on inclined, uneven, slippery surfaces and stairs
- welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- speak clearly and professionally
- answer phone calls with proper etiquette
- perform reasonable work duties as requested by supervisors
