This full-time, non-management Food and Beverage role at The Miami Beach EDITION involves essential responsibilities related to maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety in the work environment. The position is fundamental to ensuring the smooth operation of food and beverage services, supporting a high standard of quality and guest satisfaction. The role requires performing closing duties such as storing reusable merchandise, dismantling displays, cleaning equipment and work areas, securing refrigerators, replenishing items, turning off lights, and locking doors. Daily cleaning checklists must be completed to maintain hygiene and workspace readiness.

The incumbent will be responsible for organizing, stocking, and maintaining work areas with attention to presentation details, including inspecting porcelain, glassware, and silverware to ensure cleanliness before use. Continuous cleaning throughout the day is essential to uphold the company’s quality assurance standards. Safety compliance is a critical part of the job, including adhering to company policies, reporting any maintenance or safety hazards, reporting accidents or injuries, and completing safety training and certifications.

A professional appearance and personal grooming that aligns with the company's standards are required, along with protecting the company’s confidential information and assets. Teamwork and respectful interaction with colleagues are core to this role, supporting each other to reach shared goals. Physical requirements include the ability to move, lift, and handle objects up to 50 pounds without assistance, and the ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods during shifts.
